Ingredients for four people:

3 170g packets of Salmone Sott'olio Rio Mare - 300g of candy cherry tomatoes - 3 slices of bread - 1/2 clove of garlic - 30g grated Parmesan cheese – a large bunch of parsley - salt

Prep:
1. Finely chop the parsley together with the garlic and, to one side, the sliced bread. Mix it all together and add the breadcrumbs.

2. Remove the salmon fillets from the packet, place them in an oven dish, add the tomatoes (halved) and cover with the bread mix, adding a drop of the salmon oil.

3. Cook au gratin in a very hot oven for 10 minutes, remove and serve.

A tasty alternative: add a spoon of capers and some black olives to the parsley.
